By submitting this form, the Student and Parent/Guardian are acknowledging and accepting the following enrolment conditions.

Llama Drama reserves the right to:

1. Change programme(s) without prior notice or to cancel a class

2. Merge published age groups and structure classes as required

3. Ask a student to leave a class if they are continually disruptive, late to class or have unpaid fees

4. With prior written permission, take and use photos, videos and sound recordings of class participants for promotional and archival purposes and public display, including social media

Cancellations

Please choose your class carefully. If a student misses or is unable to attend a class due to sickness or absences due to holidays, the class will not be refunded. Llama Drama cannot refund class fees once a term has started unless Llama Drama cancels the class. Fees are paid by the term unless otherwise arranged with the class provider. If a student pulls out of a class mid-term, the fee will still need to be paid in full. If Llama Drama cancels a class part way through the term, a refund of the remaining weeks will be refunded. If a class is cancelled due to an emergency, a catch-up lesson will be offered or refund will be given.

Media Release (Individuals under 18)

IF consent is given, Llama Drama has the right to reproduce photograph or video images in publication(s). The material may appear in printed or electronic form and may be available to a global audience on the internet, including social media campaigns.

IF consent is given, the contents of the acting performances as enacted by the child in the form of photographs/images may be used (for any reasonable purpose within the discretion of Llama Drama) without acknowledgement and without being entitled to payment.

Parents/Guardians understand and agree that if they wish to withdraw this authorisation, it will be their responsibility to inform Llama Drama.

Data Privacy

We use your enrolment data to:

- Process your enrolment

- Maintain a contact register in case of emergency during class

- Maintain a class register for attendance and acknowledgment purposes

- Llama Drama does not disclose your data to third parties accept as provided for under UK GDPR (“5(1) Personal data shall be: (a) processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject (‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’); (b) collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes” .)

Behaviour in Class

Drama classes are great fun but they can also be physically and mentally demanding. Students will need to have self-discipline in their approach to learning, actively participating and listening to the teacher when required. This allows all students to have a positive learning experience and become valued members of our drama group. If a student is repeatedly disruptive in class to where the other students are being affected, the teacher will discuss with the student and parents/guardian if the student wishes to continue attending classes. If disruptive behavior continues, enrolment will be cancelled and no refund will apply.

Health and Safety

While Llama Drama takes due care to provide a safe learning environment, students/parents/guardians note that class activities can be physical and may involve the risk of accidents. While teachers have a first aid kit on hand for basic needs, they cannot be responsible for the administration of medication.
